Bungee tie down in Riverstone for use with Coolaroo Outdoor Roller Shades. Bungee tie downs loop through the end cap rings on the bottom rail and secure your shade using bungee receivers (sold separately). Designed for cordless models—if you have a chain-operated shade, a conversion kit is available. Sold individually, includes (1) bungee; all shades require (2) bungees.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
OWe currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States (U.S.), Canada, and Mexico*. Orders outside of the 48 contiguous U.S. may incur additional customs, duties, or handling fees.
Note: We only ship retail products to Canada and Mexico. Custom Roller Shades ordered directly from Coolaroo are available for shipment within the 48 contiguous United States only. Custom Roller Shades should be ordered by contacting our U.S. Customer Service team at 1-800-560-4667 or through an approved retailer.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST
Shipping rates, delivery estimates, and applicable fees (including oversize item charges) are calculated at checkout and may vary based on order size, weight, and destination.
HOW LONG WILL BE ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Orders are typically processed within three (3) business days and shipped promptly via USPS or Fedex, depending on the order size and destination.
Delivery timelines vary based on order size and destination and are provided as estimates only, they are not guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, transit times are determined by the carrier and delays due to weather, service disruption, or other factors outside of Coolaroo's control may occur.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE ARE ISSUES WITH MY SHIPMENT?
Coolaroo is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside of its control.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
BACKORDERS (OUT OF STOCK)
Occassionallly, popular items sell out faster than expected. If a backordered item is delayed more than thirty (30) days, our team will email you with an update.
If an item becomes unavailable, our Customer Experience team will reach out to offer alternatives or provide and estimated restock date. If none of the options meet your needs, you may cancel your order at no additional charge.
